Karnika Manpower Consultancy Services (KMCS) maintain compliance with regulation and requirement with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards. All of us are committed to driving business growth and success by upholding the highest standards of labor conduct for the best interest of Employers and Employees. Our dedication to our key values, leadership traits and culture of integrity will help us continue to succeed as a competitive, healthy and sustainable business.
We shall never employ any forced, indentured labor, involuntary or exploitative prison or trafficked labor. This include transporting, harboring, recruiting, transferring or receiving persons by means of threat, force, coercion or fraud for labor or services.
We shall be careful that none of the employee’s nor the family members of the employees are required to post any bond, deposit or security, whether in cash or in kind, even with the commitment that such bind will be returned as its full value upon the applicants work placement or after completion of the contract.
As part of hiring process, we shall provide all workers with written employment contract in native language or in a language the workers can understand. The hiring requirement includes salary package, working hours, working location, working condition, leave benefits, statutory deduction and other important information.
During orientation or recruitment process, we shall provide an adequate briefing and training of the hiring requirement in the native language and announced through verbal explanation of written document.
CHILD LABOR SHALL NOT BE USED IN ANY STAGE OF RECRUITMENT.
